This dance is for my wife, Gretchen Pearson. Gretchen loves cappuccino, and I am her personal barista. I don't get to dance with her as often as I'd like. Maybe I'll get to dance it with her someday!
I thought of the figures as evoking various stages of making cappuccino. The poussette is like a coffee-grinding mill. The four changes grind the coffee more finely. The leads are like water passing through the filter and steam through the frothing pipe. The B2 portion consists of frothy turns.
The B2 portion and the next A1 should be connected. They are a series of clockwise motions: low-curvature change by right shoulders, into a clockwise turn single, into a two-hand turn, into a clockwise half poussette.
