Overview of Registration Fee & Charges
A. Conference Registration Fee
- By May 1, 2010 $80 (Student price $50)
- After May 1, 2010 $100 (Student price $70)
- Note: For non-student non-members, the annual membership dues of $35 is required IN ADDITION to the registration fee above
- “Drop-in” registration for a single day is $25
- Fee includes conference materials, Thursday night opening reception, morning & afternoon conference breaks, and parking on site.
- Air conditioned rooms: Single @ $50/night Double @ $35/night [As of 6/21 there are 3 remaining A/C rooms available]
- Non-airconditioned rooms: Single @ $45/night Double @ $30/night [As of 6/21 there are 11 remaining non A/C rooms available]
- Housing fee includes sheets & towels. Attendee must bring own toiletries including soap & shampoo
- Breakfast: $7/day (Thursday 6/24 breakfast will be served gratis for Wednesday night housing registrants)
- Lunch: $8/day
- For those who are not staying in conference housing, there is a $25 commuter fee. (Note; this is not a parking fee, but a charge for those not staying in conference housing)
- $55 per person
- Includes salad, appetizer, entrée (see below), dessert, coffee or tea (with wine at table & continuing wine-beer-soda bar; liquor cash bar).
- The reception from 6 to 7 pm before dinner will include an open wine-beer-soda bar (liquor cash bar) and hors d’oeurves
- Grilled Fillet with Wine Demi Glaze and Lobster Tail with Drawn Butter. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus with Cream Anglaise
- Grilled Salmon with Basil Crème Fraiche and Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp. Served with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Apple Glazed Carrots.
- Portobello Napoleon stuffed with a layer of Polenta and Tomato Basil Fresco and Vegetable Concasse.
Registration
Registration can be completed in two ways – by regular postal mail or online.
By Regular Postal Mail
For those who are paying with a check drawn on a U.S. bank, you may complete the registration form which you can download at this link in pdf format and mail both the completed form and check made out to LE MOYNE COLLEGE to the local conference host:

By Credit Card
For those who wish to pay by credit card or who cannot pay with a check drawn on a U.S. bank, you will be able to register online at the link below. Please note: When you arrive at the online registration page, please read through the instructions on the left side of the page. You will see that you have to enter information for each of the items involved in registering (e.g., conference registration fee, housing, meals (breakfast), meals (lunch), annual banquet) individually. When you have completed the final item (Annual Banquet), you will then complete your registration with your name, address, and the other identifying information that the credit card company and we will need. Before your credit card is actually charged, you will have a chance to review all the data you entered to be sure that it is correct. Credit cards accepted include AMEX, VISA, MasterCard, and the Discover card. Your credit card will be charged to Le Moyne College and the transaction is handled by TouchNet acting on Le Moyne College’s behalf using a secure communication protocol.
Note that if you are registering for housing for Wednesday night (6/23), breakfast on Thursday, 6/24, will automatically be offered gratis. Hence, you will not be asked to sign up for that breakfast.
