- Housing opens in the afternoon (after 2 pm)

- Dinner 7:30-10:00 pm: salad, appetizer, choice of entrée (see details below), dessert, coffee or tea (wine at table); open soda & beer bar (liquor cash bar)
- Toward the end of the dinner we will conduct our annual auction and otherwise have fun!
- Grilled Fillet with Wine Demi Glaze and Lobster Tail with Drawn Butter. Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus with Cream Anglaise
- Grilled Salmon with Basil Crème Fraiche and Crab Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp. Served with Wild Mushroom Risotto and Apple Glazed Carrots.
- Portobello Napoleon stuffed with a layer of Polenta and Tomato Basil Fresco and Vegetable Concasse.
Sunday, June 27
- Breakfast 7:30-8:30 am
- Sessions 8:30am-12:00 pm
- There will be no lunch served on campus
