Arbitration, Fact-finding and Mediation cases to which students can accompany Cliff and observe: Spring 2012

 

1.      Write your name next to a case on the copy of this list posted on my office door. No more than one student can attend a fact-finding or mediation and no more than two can attend an arbitration.

2.      You must call me at home the night before (315-684-7734) to confirm that the case has not been canceled (many are) and to arrange a time and place to meet.

3.      It is never possible to be sure how long a case will last so please don't sign up for a case if you need to be back by a specific time.

4.      This list will be updated regularly so if you don't see a case that suits your schedule, please check again.
