  1. The derivative of h(x)= {5 over x} + 4 x^2 is given by h'(x) = lim_{h to 0} {-5 over x^2 + x h} + 8 x + 4 h = {-5 over x^2} + 8 x.

  2. The derivative of x sin x over x^2 + 1 is given by (x^2 + 1)(x cos x + sin x) - (x sin x)(2 x) over (x^2+1)^2.
