| NEGOTIATION EXERCISE: The case material for the negotiation exercise will be posted here. Both sides, Association and District will need to look at the briefs for their own side as well as for the other side. Although what you have here are two fact-finding briefs, you will be divided into teams and will be attempting to negotiate a collective bargaining agreement based on this case material. |
| MEDIATION/FACT FINDING EXERCISE: The case material for the mediation/fact finding exercise will be posted here. Based on this material, the class will be divided into teams and each team will need to produce a fact finding report aimed at resolving the conflict. |
| ARBITRATION EXERCISE: The case material for the arbitration exercise will be posted here. Union and District team members should read the other team's brief as well as their own in preparation for the case. |
| FINAL EXAMINATION: The class will have a "take-home" final examination as agreed. Details will be posted after they are discussed in class. |
